Fundación Palarq is a private, non-profit organisation created with the aim of supporting Missions in Spanish Archaeology and Human Palaeontology, within a perspective that ranges from the palaeontological stage to prehistoric and historical periods of monumental interest.
THE ALMOLOYA-BASTIDA PROJECT, CRADLE OF THE ARGAR CULTURE, WINS THE III NATIONAL AWARD OF ARCHAEOLOGY AND PALEONTOLOGY PALARQ FOUNDATION
The Palarq Foundation awards biennially the National Award for Archaeology and Palaeontology, endowed with 80,000 euros, which aims to recognize the excellence and originality of projects in these disciplines directed by Spanish research teams, and developed both nationally and internationally, without restriction of cultures or historical periods. The palaeontology projects submitted must be related to human evolution.
